SAPOA OFFICE VACANCY REPORT FOR Q3 2022

According to the SAPOA Office Vacancy Survey, the overall vacancy rate at quarter end was 16.4%, down 30 basis points quarter on-quarter with office development activity remaining severely depressed.

The active development gross lettable area (GLA), across the 54 nodes covered by the survey, was 125 000 square metres.
